Yale Center Beijing, Yale University's home in China, recruits interns all year round. We welcome graduate, undergraduate and mature high school students to apply.

作为耶鲁大学在美国本土校园外设立的首个实体中心，耶鲁北京中心欢迎大学在读本科生和研究生以及有足够社会经验的高中生前来实习。

General requirements for all interns

基本要求

• Serve as an intern for at least two (2) months continuously, whether in-person or remotely

在耶鲁北京中心实习至少连续两个月或以上时间，按需要采取线下或线上方式

• Be able to contribute 3 days/week or more, whether in-person or remotely

每周在耶鲁北京中心实习至少3天或以上，按需要采取线下或线上方式

• Have a background or interest in China, United States, business management or international relations
对中国、美国、商业管理或者国际关系感兴趣或有相关背景

Transportation and meal subsidies will be provided to qualified interns. Housing and costs of living, medical insurance must be borne by interns or by other institutions and organizations.

符合条件的实习生将给予交通补助和餐食补助。与此实习项目发生相关的房屋租赁支出及医疗保险支出需由实习生本人或者其他组织机构负责。

A recommendation/reference letter can be provided for interns who make significant contributions to the work at YCB.

有特殊贡献的实习生可提供推荐信。

Interns are expected to assist with the following general internship duties and assist to complete a project in the following areas:
实习生将协助中心工作人员履行以下实习任务，并在实习期间辅助完成与以下实习任务相关的一个项目：

Communications 传播推广：

• Assist in drafting and translating documents in Chinese and English, including annual reports, event agendas, and publications across various media platforms.
协助起草和翻译中英文稿件，包括年报，活动议程和在各类媒体平台上发布的传播内容。

• Assist in producing videos for the Center's events and programs, and promote events using different viewer-targeted video sharing platforms. Skilled in Photoshop, Final Cut, InDesign and other related design Apps preferred.

协助制作与中心的活动、项目有关的视频，并在不同受众的平台上推广。熟练使用Photoshop, Final Cut, InDesign等图片、视频制作和设计应用软件的申请人优先考虑。

• Record events though the use of photography and audio-video and archive the materials properly.
记录中心举办的各类活动和项目，并妥善储存由此产生的物料。

• Attend events and draft post-event materials, such as press releases and recaps across various media platforms.
参加中心的活动并在活动结束后起草活动回顾，比如新闻发布公告及各种媒体平台上的文章。

• Assist in developing marketing proposal, developing innovative content, operating of social media platforms (Wechat, Weibo, Website etc.).

协助制作宣传文案和创意性内容，协助中心人员运营社交媒体平台（微信、微博以及网站等）。

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and managing data from various communications channels.

协助完成各种传播渠道的数据收集、分析、解读和管理。

Logistical support 筹备支持：

• Provide support for all aspects of events and programming, including online discussions and onsite activities.
为耶鲁北京中心的活动提供活动前的筹备支持，包括线上研讨会和现场活动等。

General requirements on qualifications

基本招募要求

• Successful candidates should have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

合格的申请人应该具备积极的工作态度和很强的责任意识，并能够关注实习中的所有细节。

• Candidates shall have great interpersonal skills and be adept at actualizing strategic planning.

申请人需要具备很强的人际交往能力，并善于进行统筹规划。

• Superior writing skills, a strong fluency in English and Chinese, and the ability to translate in both English and Chinese required. Candidates should have a sound computer literacy and working knowledge of photography, video-producing, and social media communications.

申请人应该具备良好的中英文理解、写作和翻译能力，还应该具备良好的计算机应用能力，图片和视频制作的基本知识，以及了解社交媒体的传播特性。
