许多年前,人们对“心绞痛”、“冠心病”等名词还不太熟悉,认为这些专业词语仅存在于医院内罢了。但如今,几乎所有成年人都对这些名词略有耳闻。它们似乎已经不仅仅存在于医院里,而是充斥了整个社会、社区和家庭。冠心病所引发的灾难——例如心绞痛和心肌梗塞等——已经成为了当代热门话题。

Several years ago, people were very unfamiliar with the terms “angina pectoris” and “coronary heart disease”. They thought these terms only exist inside hospitals. But for today, nearly every adult knows these terms, they don’t just happen to be inside the hospital anymore, they have already come out to the whole society, communities and families. The emergencies of coronary heart disease, such as angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, are becoming heated topics for the conversations.

冠心病的出现是由于为我们心脏供血的冠状动脉被脂肪堆积物所堵塞甚至中断,导致心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、心律失常等一系列临床病症。

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the term that describes what happens in your heart when your heart’s blood supply is blocked
or interrupted by a buildup of fatty substances in the coronary arteries, that will cause angina pectoris, myocardial infarction,
heart failure, arrhythmias and even sudden death.

病因 Potential Causes
导致冠心病的原因是当我们的饮食中含有大量的低密度脂肪蛋白时,这些低密脂蛋白会将我们肝脏内部的胆固醇带入我们身体内帮助细胞活动,这也将我们体内的胆固醇指数提高了不少,这些将导致动脉粥样硬化,意味着脂肪沉积在血管壁上形成斑块。动脉粥样硬化斑块可能会破裂并引发血凝块的形成,也就是我们常说的血栓。当我们冠状动脉内也存在血栓时,这些就是导致冠心病的罪魁祸首。

The cause of CHD is when there are a lot of low density lipoproteins (LDL) in our diet, those LDL will send a big amount of cholesterol from the liver to our body for cell activities, which also raises the level of blood cholesterol.

Because of the high levels of blood cholesterol, these will result in atherosclerosis, which means the fatty deposits form plaques in the vessel walls. The atherosclerotic plaques may rupture and trigger blood clot formation which is also called thrombus. As there are also coronary thrombus inside the coronary arteries. Those thrombus are the culprits of the CHD.

主要症状 Main Symptoms

冠心病的主要症状请看如下几条:
The CHD have following main symptoms:

1.
胸部疼痛(心绞痛):你可能会感到胸部有压力或紧绷感。
Chest pain (angina): you may feel pressure
or tightness in your chest.

2.
呼吸短促:你可能会觉得无法呼吸。
Shortness of breath: you may feel like you couldn’t breath.

3.
感到晕眩:当血液供应不足时,你可能会感到晕眩。
Feeling faint: you may feel dizzy when the blood supply is not enough.

4.
疲劳:如果心脏泵血并不足以满足身体活动时,你可能会感到异常疲劳。
Fatigue: if the heart can not pump enough blood to meet the body needs, you may feel unusually tired.

5.
心脏病发作:如果我们的冠状动脉已经被脂肪块完全堵塞了,这将会导致心脏病的发作。还包括压力、手臂疼痛、疼痛短促等。
Heart attack: the completely blocked coronary arteries will cause the heart attack, this include pressure, arm pain, shortness of pain ect.

并不是每个人的症状都是完全一样的,甚至有些人在冠心病确诊前根本就没有发现有任何症状。

However, not everyone has the same symptoms, and some may not have any symptoms before CHD is diagnosed.

预防措施 Precautions

如下是几条预防冠心病的小建议:
There are several suggestions for us about how to prevent CHD from happening in our body.

1.
每日健康饮食。我们的日常饮食中最好食用低饱和脂肪、高纤维的食品,这将有效地减少血液中胆固醇含量过高的风险,也可以防止我们患上冠心病。
Eating in a healthy, balanced diet. We’d
better have a low saturated fat, high fibre
diet as we eat for everyday, this will
efficiently reduce the risk of high levels of
cholesterol in the blood, which can also
prevent us from suffering from CHD.

2.
定期进行体育锻炼。做运动可以提高我们的心脏和循环系统的效率,也可以降低我们血液中的胆固醇水平,并且还能将血压保持在一个健康的水平。
Doing regular physical exercise. Doing
exercise can help to improve the efficiency
of our heart and circulatory system which
can lower the level of cholesterol in our blood and also keep the blood pressure at a
healthy level.

3.
保持健康的体重。拥有健康的体重可以减少患高血压的机会哦。
Keep a healthy weight. Having a healthy
weight can reduce the chance of developing high blood pressure.

4.
戒烟和减少饮酒。吸烟是发生动脉粥样硬化的主要风险因素,饮酒也会增加犯心脏病的几率哦。
Give up smoking and reduce the consumption of alcohol. Smoking is the major risk factor of developing atherosclerosis and drinking will increase the risk of heart attack.
