简单来说，心理问题经常显现在情绪或者是人格上，比如说中度抑郁症和焦虑症。但是，在一些严重的情况下，比如说妄想症或者狂躁症，患者的生活是不能自理的。事实上，心理问题和精神疾病是不能分开来谈的，并且一些疾病可以有着两者的症状。很多心理问题在早期阶段就被发现，所以不应该被忽视，应该及时治疗。
